Co-Authorship Requirements

For any publication using simulations provided to RAMIP, we ask that you offer co-authorship to the core modellers and to the RAMIP chairs. Please contact the chairs for a list (ramip@ncas.ac.uk).

This requirement is waived if the publication only uses previously published results (i.e. numbers sourced from existing RAMIP publications). It will also be lifted after a full RAMIP dataset documentation paper has been published.

For any paper using RAMIP data, regardless of author list, we ask that you acknowledge the efforts of the RAMIP modelling community and the CEDA storage. Suggested sentence:

“We acknowledge the efforts of RAMIP modelling centres and data providers, and the Centre for Environmental Data Analysis for archiving the data and providing access, and the multiple funding agencies who support RAMIP and CEDA.”
